Accessing the new userhelp system requires a valid NetID.
Once authenticated, you may submit new tickets to the system and view
your existing tickets.
This website is the preferred method of ticket submission, but the existing userhelp@cs.uiuc.edu email gateway will still work. Please use this email address only if you are having problems with the web interface. For phone support, the TSG Helpdesk can be reached at 217-333-7408.
